Dribbling -Kyrie Irving Handles - Part 4 of 4

You are now on the last set of drills. By now you should already see signifiant results in your ball handling skills in practice and game time situations. Continue to track your progress and consistently work on your handles. The time, effort, hard work, and sweat will show results on the court and speak for themselves.

In this second part series Coach P -Peter Danyliv begins even more advanced techniques to add to your skills. As discussed in the previous blog, master each skill before continuing on to the next drill. Each one is a building block and will help you be more comfortable as you progress through improving your dribbling skills. Continue to get better and consistently practice to improve your handles.

First Step - After watching the video, take your Fight Club Hoops Journal and write down each drill and steps in the "Notes" section at the back of the journal. This will help you understand the mechanics and process to develop the skills.

Second Step - Sign into the “Free” Fight Club Member Portal to access the breakdown of the drills to repeat daily!

Part 4 Segment - Start at the 17 minute mark to continue on Drill 26 through 30.
